SDG 5: Gender Equality SDG 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities Human Rights Risk Assessment • Scope of Human Rights Risk Assessment The scope of our Human Rights Risk Assessment covers 100% of our business activities across all F&N operational sites – Sourcing, Production, Distribution and Logistics, Marketing and Sales, and Human Resources. The assessment considered actual and potential human rights issues across the Company’s value chain and identified the considerations of vulnerable groups (e.g. Migrant Workers, LGBTQI+, and Elderly) the Company works with.
