5. DIRECTORS’ TRAINING In compliance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, all members of the Board have attended the required training programmes as prescribed by Bursa Securities. From time to time, the Directors attend training to keep abreast with current developments as well as the new statutory and regulatory requirements. In addition to this, the Group, in collaboration with external training providers, also organises internal training programmes for the Directors. The Board had via the NomCom evaluated the training needs of Directors, and identified the training topics required by the Directors.
