4. Holistic High Performer Retention and Development We give every employee the opportunity to grow with the company and contribute to a high-performing, sustainable organisation. It is part of the culture at F&NHB that each employee is supported to implement their IDP, using the 70/20/10 Learning Model. 3. Recognition-based Performance Management Employees collaborate with their supervisors to set SMART goals and KPIs fo the year. A Performance Assessment Review takes place twice a year, to appraise outcomes and identify development opportunities. Our policy is to support the provision of ‘Limitless Opportunities’ to employees from the moment they join the company, and our approach supports Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
