1. Clear Structure and Roles We use the ‘Beverest’ total performance management system (TPMS) to integrate our human capital processes and systems across the Group for a range of human capital-related processes, from recruitment and on-boarding to setting goals, performance reviews and career development. This helps us to make sure that each employee is aware of the expectations and responsibilities of their role, their team and for the Group as a whole.
